TimeLeft
TimeLeft is a countdown, reminder, clock, alarm clock, tray clock,
stopwatch, timer, sticker, auction watch, web countdown and time synchronization
utility. TimeLeft uses Winamp skins or Font to show digits and text.

RequestCommander
RequestCommander is a trouble ticketing system that helps you sort
out and organize users' requests and reports. The software processes users'
requests on-the-fly and stores them in a conveniently organized database.
RequestCommander lets you quickly add any information received by phone
or via email.
RequestCommander features easy-to-understand graphic presentation of all
collected data: you can simultaneously see the list of request categories,
users' requests and answers to these requests (if any). This presentation
style powered by smart search and filtering system lets you easily find
and access any necessary information.
Other features of the program include ability to work in client-server mode,
users register, flexible reporting system, reminder (a list of important
events with deadlines for each of them) and sending email.
