PC Usage Tracking   Prev Next
Using WorkTime you can track everything about your PC: applications you run, documents/projects you work on, web-sites you visit and time spent for every of these activities.

WorkTime works in the background mode and automatically records all activities performed on the PC.

WorkTime tracking is very precise and flexible: it can pause for the keyboard/mouse or screensaver inactivity, automatically change projects depending on the active application/document, track certain applications only and more. WorkTime proposes different levels of tracking: total working time, when work is started and when it is finished, applications usage, documents usage.

All tracking is performed by WorkTime automatically in the background mode. In other words, you simply start WorkTime (See Main Window), minimize it and use your PC: WorkTime is hidden and works for you collecting comprehensive PC usage data.

How tracking is performed? WorkTime tracks the time when you actually work with applications/documents. "Actual work" means that the application/document is active and there is keyboard or mouse activity.

To start WorkTime tracking, click Start button on the main WorkTime window (See Main Window).
To see what data is currently tracked, open WorkTime Tracking Info Panel using WorkTime main menu (See Main Menu):
