Security WorkTime options include
a few groups of settings: restricted applications, hidden mode, security
password, user and group privileges.
To access Security options, open Options window and select Settings|Security
(See Main Window, Main
Menu, Options).
Restricted Applications
Do not allow to run these applications - mark this option and recall
applications that you want to be prohibited from running.
Hidden Mode
Activate... - hidden mode activation (See Hidden
Mode).
Shortcut key to exit Hidden Mode - keys combination to switch back
from the hidden mode (switching back from the Hidden Mode requires the password).

Password
Set - define administrators' password.
Clear - clear administrators' password.
User and Group Privileges
Add a user or a group of users you want to define privileges for.
Restrict access all settings (Options window) - if marked, prohibits
from accessing Options window unless the password is provided.
Restrict access to all administrative settings - if marked, all Options
are prohibited from accessing (except Options|General and Health Reminder)
unless the password is provided.
Restrict access to Security settings (this tab) - if marked, prohibits
from accessing to security settings unless the password is provided.
Restrict adding, editing, deleting of users, projects, activities
- if marked, prohibits from adding, editing and deleting users, projects,
classifiers unless the password is provided.
Restrict editing, deleting of users, projects, activities (Allow adding)
- if marked, prohibits from editing and deleting users, projects, classifiers
unless the password is provided (adding is allowed).
Restrict access to Reports window - if marked, prohibits from accessing
reports unless the password is provided.
Filter Reports data by the current Windows Login name only - if marked,
allows to view reports for the Windows login user name only unless the password
is provided.
Filter Reports data by the current computer name only - if marked,
allows to view reports for the current computer only unless the password
is provided.
Restrict manual time adding/editing - if marked, manual time adding
and editing is prohibited unless the password is provided.
Restrict user changing (Only Windows Login name will be allowed)
- if marked, allows to work under Windows login user name unless the password
is provided.
