Installation
To install WorkTime run the installation program.
Upgrade to new versions
Trial WorkTime
Download the latest WorkTime version and
install it to the existing WorkTime folder without uninstalling the previous version
- that will preserve your data, settings and license information. Don't forget
to close WorkTime if running.
Licensed WorkTime
If you are a registered user of WorkTime versions 2,3,4
you may upgrade at no charge to the latest WorkTime 4 version. Just download and
install the licensed version
(requires password) to the the existing WorkTime folder without uninstalling the
previous version - that will preserve your data, settings and license information.
Refer to your registration message for more information. Please contact our support
if you don't have your registration email or upgrading from an older version.
WorkTime 3 - database upgrade

Technical support
If there is an application error, please send us a detailed description (and screenshots,
if available).
Also do these steps:
1. If you can reproduce this error - then in WorkTime Options tab Miscellaneous set Log Level to 4 and restart WorkTime.
2. Send us your settings and log files - WorkTime menu Help|Send Bug Report
If it cannot be sent automatically - please pack all files from Log\ folder (usually located in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NesterSoft\WorkTime for XP or in C:\ProgramData\NesterSoft\WorkTime for Vista) and send us.
3. If log shows database error - send as your zipped database file - DB\WT4.FDB

4. Your system configuration - download and unpack SysRep
(45K) to WorkTime folder, and run sysrep.exe Then send us produced sysrep.txt
file (more info).
Uninstallation
Run Uninstall WorkTime from the Control Panel.
Important! You must exit WorkTime before running uninstall. Otherwise some files
and registry settings will not be removed.
